With the expertplas plascolab platform, we offer you solutions for material development and research through to the production of samples, pre-series and small series. The systems are ideally suited for laboratory and clean room environments and can be equipped with variable electrode systems on request.
plasolab mit Linear slide
The plascolab system with linear slide is equipped with a film fixture for DIN A4 format and can treat materials up to 2 mm thick. The electrode gap to the material can be adjusted to an accuracy of one tenth by means of a micrometre adjustment. The linear slide allows test speeds of up to 50m/min
Optimum control
The expertcontrol control system with PLC, which is already integrated as standard, precisely takes over all the required settings. All treatment parameters can be set or preselected from an existing recipe management system. The system automatically calculates the plasma dose applied based on the treatment cycles and the process speed.
Electrode exchange cassette
The removable electrode cassette enables a quick change of electrode type and easy maintenance of the electrodes. The plascolab systems are already equipped with the high-quality CERAM electrodes as standard and can therefore also be used for the treatment of conductive foils.
Efficient plasma discharge
A particularly "dense" plasma field can be generated with the precise CERAM electrodes. In addition, the design of the electrodes is specially designed for uniform discharge in the lower power range. This is particularly important for sensitive materials such as membrane films in order to achieve sufficient adhesion without damaging the material surface or structures.
Sliding touch panel
The control panel of the plascolab system can be moved along the working area. This means you always have unrestricted and convenient access to the electrode system and the linear slide with sample tray.
