Power electronics and high-voltage technology

We develop and manufacture power output stages from 1000 to 8000 watts output power for plasma and corona generation. These are an essential component of expertplas pre-treatment systems. Alternatively, we offer the power output stages and matching high-voltage transformers as individual components.

PU power output stages

The expertplas PU- power output stages are characterised by their compact and sophisticated housing design and can be easily integrated into standard control cabinet formats. Their high efficiency and low power loss ensure effective and energy-saving plasma generation.

HVT- Hochspannungstransformatoren

The expertplas HVT high-voltage transformers form the interface between the PU power output stages and the electrode systems of the expertplas treatment systems.

Depending on the required output voltage, the systems are used with air or oil cooling.
