Plasma- and Corona systems for moulded parts
The expertplas plasma technologies for moulded parts are used in a wide range of industries. The spectrum ranges from the surface activation of large-volume injection moulded parts for the interior use of automobiles to the plasma treatment of laminates, plastic sheets, profiles and pipes and the fine cleaning of metal surfaces. plascojet expertplas
expertplas plascopipe is integrated directly inline into the production of HD-PE pipe jackets and provides an excellent increase in adhesion on both the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes. There is no need for environmentally harmful primers or mechanical action on the surfaces. The system is largely automated, extremely compact and is ideal for jacket and media pipes from 90 - 1,600 mm.

The expertplas plascojet is ideal for integration and automation in production lines.
The high efficiency of the plasma, combined with a wide exit angle, enables fast and flexible treatment of moulded parts.
The plascojet can also be integrated statically, e.g. to increase the adhesion of seals or adhesive flaps on cardboard packaging.

expertplas plasmatunnel
The expertplas plasmatunnel is ideal for large-volume plastic parts such as instrument panels, door panels, airbag caps, armrests, etc. The plasma process is extremely simple, as the plastic parts are simply placed on a conveyor belt and treated as they pass through. The plasmatunnel is therefore an ideal link between individual production processes, but can easily be used as a stand-alone solution.
