One system for everything
The electrodes of the expertplas S-ONE are made of ceramic as standard. This means that in addition to classic plastic films, semi-conductive or conductive films (e.g. aluminium) can also be treated without any problems. S-ONE is available in treatment widths of 350, 420, 560 and 680 mm. This covers the most common formats for printing and labelling systems in the narrow web sector.
Cassette for easy film insertion and electrode maintenance
The S-ONE's exchangeable cassette supports the user when feeding in the film and enables easy maintenance of the electrodes. The special CERAM electrode design ensures a stable discharge field, even with a very low energy supply. This is particularly important for membrane films.
PU- power output stage
The expertplas S-ONE series are powered by our PU power output stages. With an output power of up to 2500 watts, excellent treatment results are achieved even at high production speeds. The power output stages are equipped with a rotation control and a parameterisable path control as standard, enabling infinitely variable energy transfer to the electrodes.
