Simple and effective
The X-ONE treatment systems are used in blown film extrusion and are characterised by their particularly simple film feed. The systems can optionally be equipped with segment electrodes, allowing the treatment to be paired out, for example on planned weld seams on PE films.
PU power output stages
With the compact power output stages, each pair of electrodes can be supplied with sufficient power separately. The output stages are available from 2.5 to 8 kW output power, depending on the working width and production speed
expertcontrol remote control
As the X-ONE systems are often installed on platforms, the system can be conveniently operated from the rewinder or from another position using the expertcontrol remote panel. An OPC-UA interface is also available as an option to optimally integrate the system into the main machine.
