


Simple pattern positioning and measurement
With the VISIONcube, A4 film blanks are simply placed on the sample tray. A special underlay ensures that there are no creases that could falsify measurements. Once the sample tray is closed, the measurement starts. As this process is automated, subjective operator judgements (e.g. when using test liquids or a contact angle measuring system) are ruled out. The BNG values determined for each individual drop are compared using predefined parameters. In addition to the BNG value, the contact angle can also be displayed. The corona energy (dose) of the pre-treatment station is reduced or increased according to the specification in order to achieve optimum adhesion of the film to be treated for the printing process.

Communication interface with main machine
The VISIONcube's high-resolution touch panel makes it easy to track and read the measurement data. The user has the option of saving the determined data in a recipe memory and communicating directly with the pretreatment station via an optional communication interface so that the output control is adjusted fully automatically. With this interface, up to 4 pretreatment systems in a printing hall can communicate with one VISIONcube.

Can also be integrated directly into the machine as VISIONline
With VISIONline, the technology is integrated into the machine, enabling direct BNG measurement on the film material set up. The recorded measured values can either be transferred directly to the HMI of the main machine or displayed on a separate screen. The required dose of the upstream treatment unit is then adjusted by means of an AI analysis.
