In the BA series, the power output stage is mounted directly on the treatment system.
The advantages of the so-called EMBEDDED design are the space savings, as no additional generator cabinet is required, and the perfect integration option into the operating concept of the main
machine. All industrial interfaces are provided directly by the "on board" control system.
More "turn key" is not possible.
Functional
Whether chain infeed, nip roller, coupling or the complete drive for the pre-draw: the BA series is equipped with the necessary features for perfect integration and prepared for all web formats in flexographic printing or lamination.
Thoughtful
A functioning system requires practicality and simplicity.
And lasting treatment quality can only be achieved if the operator is made as easy as possible. This applies not only to care and maintenance, but also to quick roller replacement in the event of a defect. If necessary, this can be done within a few minutes thanks to the quick-change system.
